US President Donald Trump's criticism of European countries at the World Economic Forum in Davos centered on the idea that Europe is slowly killing itself.
As reported by The Daily Baku, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller stated this in an interview with Fox News.
"The criticism of Europe during his speech in Davos was one of the most important statements ever made by an American president about the continent. Europe is slowly killing itself because it stifles its energy sector with regulations and becomes dependent on dysfunctional green energy and other countries. Europe is killing itself with irresponsible migration policies. Europe is killing itself because it has failed to invest in its own armed forces for years and is using the United States to subsidize European defense," he said.
