Russia is demanding the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the parts of the Donbas region it annexed that remain under Ukrainian control. In addition, issues such as the fate of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and the provision of legally binding security guarantees to Ukraine by the United States are also on the agenda.
