The people of Azerbaijan are commemorating the victims of the Khojaly genocide.

From the early hours of February 26, citizens visiting the “Mother’s Cry” memorial have been laying fresh carnations in front of the monument to pay tribute to the victims of the tragedy.

Among the visitors are representatives of state and government bodies, as well as public and political figures.
