The 3rd investment competition for the lease of agricultural lands in Karabakh has been announced

The Ministry of Agriculture has announced the III investment competition for the lease of lands in the liberated territories to business entities.

According to the information, the acceptance of applications (applications) will be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for holding investment competitions for the lease of agricultural lands in the liberated territories to business entities", approved by the decree of the President of the country dated November 27, 2024.

The lease agreement is initially signed for a period of 5 years. At the end of that period, based on the control measures carried out in accordance with the Rules, if it is determined that the winner of the competition complies with the requirements of the Rules and the lease agreement (including the efficient use of the lands), the term of the lease agreement is extended for an additional 44 years.

The areas of the investment project should be agriculture, horticulture, development of livestock, agrotourism and fishing. Applications are accepted through the Electronic Agricultural Information System until June 15, 6:00 PM.
