SOCAR considers cooperation with British company in digitalization areas

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the UK's Wood company have discussed cooperation opportunities in the fields of renewable energy and digitalization.

The Daily Baku reports, citing SOCAR, that discussions on this issue were held during a meeting between SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Wood Executive President Steve Nicol.

The meeting expressed satisfaction with the successful cooperation between the parties and discussed the implementation status of jointly implemented projects.

During the conversation, SOCAR's projects implemented in the country and abroad, as well as cooperation opportunities in the midstream, upstream, and downstream sectors, were also reviewed.

In addition, views were exchanged on other issues of mutual interest.
