Residents of Azerbaijan's liberated territories informed about landmine safety regulations

Residents of the villages of Khorovlu in Azerbaijan's Jabrayil district, Mammadbayli in the Zangilan district, Childiran and Chapar in the Aghdara district, and the villages of Girmizi Bazar and Hadrut in the Khojavand district have been informed about social protection measures and landmine safety regulations, The Daily Baku informs referring to the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons.
Outreach efforts are being conducted among the population preparing to return to their native lands.
As part of the outreach activities, citizens are being given a detailed explanation of the current social support measures, as well as the need to strictly adhere to safety regulations in mine-contaminated areas.
A video produced by the State Committee as part of the First State Program "Great Return" calls on citizens to be vigilant and observe warning signs. In parallel with demining efforts in liberated territories, the public is being continuously informed about the risks associated with mines and unexploded ordnance.
