MoU signed between the Military Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan and the National Defense University of Azerbaijan

A memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation has been signed between the Military Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan and the National Defense University of Azerbaijan under the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
According to the Military Prosecutor’s Office, the event highlighted the importance of ensuring a close integration between legal education and professional legal practice, as well as enhancing the prestige of legal education and the legal profession.
It was emphasized that, for this purpose, it is essential to strengthen information and experience exchange and develop cooperation in order to train military personnel who respect human rights and freedoms, and who are committed to national traditions, democratic principles, patriotism, and the ideology of Azerbaijani identity.
The signed memorandum предусматривает the organization of joint conferences, seminars, training sessions, and discussions, as well as the implementation of analytical work, monitoring, surveys, and other projects. It also includes joint study of local and international experience, organization of scientific conferences, roundtables, seminars, educational events, simulations, and meetings, as well as the preparation of methodological materials, scientific articles, publications, brochures, monographs, and other printed outputs.
In addition, the document предусматривает the development and discussion of joint proposals aimed at advancing legal science and existing legislation, as well as initiating improvements to legislation before relevant authorities. It also envisages mutual participation in enhancing theoretical knowledge and professional training of staff to ensure the integration of theory and practice.
