An extraordinary session of the Transport Management Council of the International Transport Forum (ITF) was held in Paris, France.

According to The Daily Baku, citing the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the ITF highly commended Azerbaijan's chairmanship of the event.

In a statement published on the ITF's social media following the meeting, special thanks were extended to Azerbaijan for its successful management of the meeting and effective leadership of the discussions.

The extraordinary session served as an important platform for dialogue on transport policy and once again demonstrated our country's commitment to international cooperation in this area.

It is worth noting that Azerbaijan's ITF chairmanship will culminate with a summit on "Financing Sustainable Transport" to be held from May 6-8.
