In June this year, the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) will hold an annual investment forum on energy transition in Azerbaijan, The Daily Baku reports.

IRENA Director General Francesco La Camera said this at a roundtable held at ADA University on the occasion of the International Clean Energy Day.

"Together with our partners, we will organize an annual investment forum on energy transition for Central Asia in Azerbaijan in June 2026. We are trying to bridge the investment gap and advance important projects in the field of renewable energy through our investment and financial platforms," the Director General noted.
