Iran reports new attack on Tehran

Iran has reported a new attack on Tehran, with air defense systems currently active over the capital, The Daily Baku informs via Mehr news agency.

"Explosions are being heard in the city, and air defense systems have been activated," the agency stated.

It was noted that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Forces launched missile strikes on industrial facilities in Haifa, Israel.

The attack was described as a direct response to Israeli Defense Forces strikes on petrochemical facilities in Mahshahr, southwestern Iran.
