Iran calls for regional security alliance without the U.S. and Israel

Iran has stated that it is ready to establish an alliance of regional states to ensure security and develop military cooperation without the participation of the United States and Israel.
This was said in a statement by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic.
“It is time to create an alliance of states to ensure security and military cooperation in the region without the participation of the United States and Israel,” the General Staff stressed.
According to Iranian military officials, countries in the region will never need a state located thousands of kilometers away to guarantee their security.
The General Staff also stated that regional countries do not need a state that prioritizes Israel’s security and interests above all else, and that such a state views them merely as a source of resources.
