Gas pipeline explosion in Pakistan claims 8 lives.

Eight people were killed in a gas pipeline explosion followed by a fire in the city of Haripur, in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to Dawn, the explosion occurred in the evening on a gas line located near a factory in the Hattar industrial area.
As a result of the fire, eight people, including children, were killed, and 11 others were injured.
The cause of the incident has not yet been determined. The injured were taken to nearby medical facilities.
According to official information, the flames spread to residential houses located about 200 meters from the scene. Although the gas supply was cut off, the fire lasted for at least two hours and was difficult to extinguish.
The fire has now been fully put out, and an investigation into the causes of the incident is underway.
