French President Emmanuel Macron will pay a state visit to Armenia on May 4–5.
According to “The Daily Baku,” citing the Armenian government, the upcoming visit was discussed during a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan and French Ambassador Olivier Decottignies.
It was noted that Macron’s visit will take place within the framework of the European Political Community summit, which will be held on May 4 in Yerevan.
During the talks, the sides discussed key areas of bilateral cooperation and the implementation of strategically important joint projects.
The participants emphasized the importance of constructive cooperation for effectively addressing current tasks and further expanding Armenia–France relations.
