Foreign Ministry: Necessary steps are being taken regarding Turkish citizens on the "Global Sumud Fleet"

Turkey is taking the necessary steps regarding its citizens on the "Global Sumud Fleet" facing Israeli intervention.

This was emphasized in a statement issued by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).

The MFA assessed Israel's intervention in the fleet as an illegal behavior and called on the international community to take a position.

"All necessary steps are being taken together with other countries regarding the situation of our citizens and other passengers on the fleet," the statement emphasized.

It should be noted that the Israeli Navy (IDF) has begun to seize the "Global Sumud Fleet" which is heading towards the coast of the Gaza Strip in order to "break the blockade" declared.
