Farid Osmanov: MyGovID has been integrated into all major systems

Today, the MyGovID platform has been integrated into all major information resources and systems.
According to The Daily Baku, this was stated by Farid Osmanov, Chairman of the Board of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, which operates under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, during a press conference dedicated to the results of the agency’s activities last year.
He noted that, in accordance with legislative requirements, the unified access system is being integrated in a centralized manner into relevant state and information systems. Over the past period, more than one hundred new state and private information systems have been integrated into MyGovID. Further optimization of MyGovID’s integration with the MyGov platform has ensured more accessible and user friendly state electronic services for users.
Osmanov added that by 2025 the number of MyGovID users had exceeded five million, enabling users on a daily basis to access other information systems and resources through the platform. He emphasized that particular attention has been paid to ensuring the security of users’ usernames and passwords, and in 2025 two factor authentication tools were integrated into relevant channels to enhance password protection.
He also highlighted that the user coverage of the MyGov platform expanded significantly last year. In 2025, more than one million new users joined the platform, while the total number of users increased two point three times to exceed two million. Currently, more than one million users actively access the MyGov platform at least once a month. The use of digital documents exceeded two million over the past year, and during the reporting period citizens submitted requests for more than three hundred sixty services.
