English club Manchester City is set to part ways with two players during the summer transfer window.
According to “The Daily Baku,” citing Football Insider, the “Citizens” are planning to end their cooperation with Omar Marmoush and Tijjani Reijnders.
Both players have failed to justify expectations since joining the club and have lost their places in the starting lineup.
Marmoush has made 30 appearances across all competitions this season, scoring 6 goals and providing 3 assists. Reijnders, in turn, has played 44 matches, scoring 7 goals and delivering the same number of assists.
It should be noted that Manchester City currently sits in second place in the English Premier League standings with 67 points.
