Dmitry Peskov announced Moscow's plans for "OPEC+"

Russia is not considering withdrawing from OPEC+.
''The Daily Baku'' reports, citing Russian media, that this was stated by the press secretary of the President of this country Dmitry Peskov in a statement to journalists.
He noted that Russia hopes that the OPEC+ format will be preserved after the UAE's withdrawal, since these agreements allow stabilizing the markets:
"We, of course, hope for this (that the UAE's withdrawal from OPEC+ does not mean the end of the agreement - ed.). This is an important direction of work, which is especially important in the current conditions, when energy markets are, to put it mildly, turbulent."
D. Peskov emphasized that the OPEC+ format allows significantly minimizing fluctuations in energy markets and stabilizing these markets.
