Baku Metro to adjust operating schedule during holidays

Baku Metro will make changes to train schedules in connection with May 9 Victory Day over Fascism and other non working days.

On May 9 and 11, train intervals on the “28 May – Ahmadli” route and in the opposite direction will be 2 minutes and 30 seconds, while on May 10 the interval will be three minutes.

The current operating schedule on the Purple Line, as well as on the “Jafar Jabbarli – Khatai” and “Hazi Aslanov – Ahmadli” sections, will remain unchanged.

Train services to and from the “Bakmil” station will operate according to the Saturday timetable on May 9 and 11, and according to the Sunday schedule on May 10.

In addition to the schedule changes, overall monitoring at stations will be strengthened, and additional staff will be assigned based on a special duty roster.

Reserve trains will also be deployed if necessary.
