The forum is organized in Baku by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

According to The Daily Baku, the event began with Youth and Sports Minister Farid Gayibov reading out a message from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev addressed to young people on the occasion of Youth Day of Azerbaijan.

During the event, awards will be presented to young people who were granted Presidential Youth Awards in accordance with the decree “On awarding Presidential Youth Prizes for 2026,” signed by the head of state on January 30.
