Azerbaijan to determine responsibility for actions that show disrespect for society

Responsibility will be established for actions that openly show disrespect to society, The Daily Baku reports.

This is reflected in the proposed amendments to the “On Information, Informatization, and Protection of Information” law, approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the law, personal responsibility will be established for information on acts that, when publicly displayed, insult public morality, openly show disrespect to society, such as the use of immoral expressions, gestures creating such an impression, or the display of human body parts in a manner contrary to moral norms and national-spiritual values.
