Azerbaijan MFA congratulated Türkiye on the occasion of April 23 – National Sovereignty and Children’s Day

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan congratulated Türkiye on the occasion of April 23 – National Sovereignty and Children’s Day.

The ministry shared a corresponding post on the social media platform X.

“This day, dedicated to children by the founder of the Republic of Türkiye, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, holds special significance as a symbol of peace, friendship, and hope for the future. The brotherly and strategic allied relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, based on the principle of ‘one nation – two states,’ continue to strengthen through such values. We are confident that our shared history, culture, and values will continue to instill a spirit of unity and solidarity in future generations. On this remarkable day, we wish brotherly Türkiye peace, prosperity, and sustainable development, and all children a healthy, happy, and bright future. Happy holiday!”
