Azerbaijan has reduced its spending on imports of automotive industry products from Türkiye by more than 27%

In January this year, Azerbaijan imported automotive industry products from Türkiye worth 4.596 million US dollars.

According to The Daily Baku, citing the Turkish Exporters Assembly, this figure is 27.4% lower than in the same period last year.

During the reporting period, the total value of Türkiye’s automotive industry exports increased by 2.2% year on year, reaching 3.062 billion US dollars.

Germany imported the largest volume of these products from Türkiye, worth 490.007 million US dollars (up 6.1% year on year), followed by France with 311.036 million US dollars (down 4.9%) and Spain with 291.741 million US dollars (up 14.2%).
