Azerbaijan approves electronic state services registry rules

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the “Model Form of the Regulation of State Services,” the “List of Information to Be Included in the Information System of the Electronic Registry of State Services,” and the “Regulation on the Information System of the Electronic Registry of State Services.”
In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree.
According to the decision, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President, together with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, has been instructed to ensure the placement of the Electronic Registry of State Services in the “Government Cloud,” as well as to take measures for its inclusion in the “Unified Registry of State Information Resources, Systems and Electronic Services” and the state registry of personal data information systems.
The decree also instructs ensuring that open data generated within the Electronic Registry of State Services is published on the “Open Data” portal.
