Applications open today for studying abroad under the new academic year

Starting today, document submission for the new academic year under the State Program is open.

This was reported by the State Program Management Group.

It was noted that within the framework of the “State Program on the Education of Youth in Prestigious Higher Education Institutions of Foreign Countries for 2022–2028,” applications for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels at leading universities around the world for the 2026/2027 academic year are officially open as of today.

The deadline for document submission is June 5 at 18:00.

It should be recalled that on January 12, the updated list of approved higher education institutions and study programs under the State Program was presented to the public. One of the main requirements for applying to the program is obtaining an admission document for one of the programs included in this list.

In addition to the study programs included in the relevant list, applicants admitted to bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs in any field offered by higher education institutions ranked only within the “top 10 universities” in the “Times Higher Education,” “QS World University Rankings,” and “Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai)” may also apply to the State Program, taking into account existing exceptions. This year, there are changes regarding higher education institutions in the “TOP 10” ranking and the doctoral level.
