Apple devices get a new performance boost with M5 Chip

Apple has unveiled its new M5 chip, which it says brings a major boost in performance, especially for artificial intelligence features. Made using advanced manufacturing technology, the M5 is designed to be faster and more efficient than earlier Apple chips. It improves how quickly devices handle everyday tasks, graphics, and AI-powered tools, making apps feel smoother and more responsive overall. Apple also confirmed that a more powerful M5 Pro version will be released, aimed at users who need even higher performance. 

The new M5 chip will be used in the latest 14-inch MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and Apple Vision Pro. According to Apple, the chip allows these devices to run more advanced AI features directly on the device, improves gaming and visuals, and handles demanding creative work more easily—all while using less energy. Apple says this efficiency helps extend battery life and supports the company’s goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2030. 

MacBooks equipped with the M5 chip are already on sale in Azerbaijan.
