Accreditation card distribution for WUF13 to begin tomorrow

The distribution of accreditation cards for registered participants of the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), to be held in Baku, will begin on May 14 at the Accreditation and Registration Center.
The center, located at the Baku Olympic Stadium where the event will take place, will ensure the unified and efficient implementation of registration, accreditation and information services for WUF13 participants.
The center will operate from 09:00 to 18:00 on May 14–16, from 07:00 to 18:00 on May 17–21, and from 07:00 to 15:00 on May 22.
WUF13 participants, official delegates and guests will be able to visit the Accreditation and Registration Center between May 14 and May 22, 2026, to complete registration procedures and receive their accreditation cards.
Individuals who completed online registration must bring the unique registration number sent to their email address, along with a valid identification document used during registration, in order to receive their WUF13 accreditation cards. Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan are required to present a national identification document, while foreign citizens must provide a valid passport.
In addition, on site registration opportunities will also be available during the event days.
To ensure a more convenient and faster registration process, participants are advised to complete online registration in advance. Online registration is conducted through the Global Event Management System (GEMS) provided by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN Habitat), and the deadline for online registration is May 15 at 18:00.
