Abiy Ahmed Ali: Ethiopia and Azerbaijan agree to deepen partnership

Cooperation between Ethiopia and Azerbaijan has steadily expanded in recent years, with both sides expressing readiness to further strengthen and develop their partnership.
As reported by The Daily Baku, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali wrote about this on his page on the social network X.
“Over the past few years, our partnership has steadily expanded, supported by recent economic cooperation in the aviation sector, collaboration in industrial parks and free trade zones, as well as joint projects between Ethiopian investment holdings and their Azerbaijani counterpart. These initiatives have laid a solid foundation for further strengthening our bilateral relations, which during today’s in-depth discussions we agreed to deepen and further develop,” Abiy Ahmed Ali noted.
The Prime Minister, who is on an official visit to Baku, also expressed gratitude to Ilham Aliyev “for the warm and gracious reception extended during his first official visit to the country.”
It should be noted that the President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Ethiopia held talks in Baku earlier today.
