A conference titled “National Leader Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijan’s Cultural Values” has been held in Baku

It was reported that Deputy Minister of Culture Saadat Yusifova, speaking at the event, stated that for National Leader Heydar Aliyev, national and moral values were not merely a heritage to be preserved, but a fundamental source of strength that affirmed the existence of the people, helped them withstand the tests of time, and guided them into the future.

It was noted that love for the mother tongue, commitment to literature, music, and national traditions held a special place in the Great Leader’s policy. These values were regarded not only as a legacy of the past, but also as the main pillars of modern state building and spiritual development.

Chairman of the Board of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan Elbay Gasimzade, Chairman of the “Simurgh” Azerbaijan Cultural Association Professor Fuad Mammadov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Union of Theatre Workers People’s Artist Haji Ismayilov, People’s Poet Vahid Aziz, People’s Artist Abdul Mahmudov, Chairman of the Sabail District Organization of the New Azerbaijan Party Mukhtar Naghiyev, Chairman of the primary territorial organization of the New Azerbaijan Party among culture workers and Assistant to the Minister of Culture Emin Huseynov also addressed the conference. They spoke in detail about National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s exceptional role in the development of Azerbaijani culture and the purposeful policy he implemented to preserve and promote national and moral values.

Following the speeches, an artistic program featuring musical compositions loved by National Leader Heydar Aliyev was presented.
