A 71% increase was recorded in the production of passenger cars

In January of this year, 402 passenger cars were produced in Azerbaijan.

According to the information, this is 167 units or 71.1% more than in January of last year. As of February 1, 244 units of finished goods were created.

Last month, Azerbaijan produced 38.2 million manat worth of machinery and equipment, cars, trailers and semi-trailers. According to the information, compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, the production of machinery and equipment decreased by 10.8%, and the production of cars, trailers and semi-trailers increased by 2.1 times.

In the reporting month, 30 tractors were produced in Azerbaijan. This is 34.8% less than in the first half of 2025. As of February 1, 6 units of finished goods were created.

Also, in January of this year, 56 trucks were produced in the country, which is 7 times more than a year ago. As of February 1 of this year, 19 units of finished goods were in stock.
