A 4.6-magnitude earthquake has been recorded in the Caspian Sea.

According to the Earthquake Research Bureau of the Republican Seismological Service Center, the quake was registered at 22:46 local time.

It was reported that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 18 kilometres.
