30 million manats of mortgage loans were issued in Azerbaijan through the state in 3 months

In January-March of this year, 30.1 million manats of loans were issued through the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF).
The Central Bank of Azerbaijan reports that this is 4.2 times less than in the same period last year.
During the reporting period, the amount of loans refinanced by the Fund increased by 6.2% to 75.8 million manats.
During the year, the amount of funds raised by the MCGF through bond issuance decreased by 2 times to 100 million manats, and the amount of funds allocated to the Fund from the state budget decreased by 2 times to 21.3 million manats.
