Sobyanin: 430 drones were flying towards Moscow region, most of them destroyed

More than 430 drones were flying toward the Moscow region, most of which were destroyed, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said, ''The Daily Baku'' informs via Russian media.

He also noted that 36 drones were destroyed on approach to Moscow.

Airports in the Moscow air hub have switched to a coordinated flight handling system.

Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense noted that from the evening of July 6 to the morning of July 7, some 452 Ukrainian drones were intercepted and destroyed, including over the Moscow region.
