A passenger bus plunged into a ravine in Pakistan's Balochistan province, killing at least 24 people and injuring 8 others, Deputy Commissioner of Sherani District Wali Khan Kakar told Down,''The Daily Baku'' informs.

Kakar stated that rescue teams and ambulances from the district administration reached the crash site immediately after the accident.

He added that rescue operations were ongoing and the injured were being transported to hospital.
