Azerbaijani President approves SOFAZ's 2026 budget

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) budget for 2026, The Daily Baku reports.

SOFAZ's budget revenues for next year are projected at 13 billion 32.3 million manat (9.8% less than this year), while budget expenditures are projected at 13 billion 16 million manat (11% less).

The state budget for 2026 includes transfers from the Fund of 12 billion 835 million manat. This is 11.4% less than the approved forecast for 2025.
