Azerbaijan has established additional conditions for the circulation of military equipment and weapons

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan amended the May 8, 2006, resolution "On Approval of the Rules for Control over the Circulation of Items with Restricted Civil Circulation and Compliance with Its Conditions" and "Additional Conditions Required for the Circulation of Items with Restricted Civil Circulation Depending on the Specifics of the Type of Activity."
According to The Daily Baku, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new resolution in this regard.
The resolution defines additional conditions required for the circulation (regarding the sale, import, and export) of military equipment, military weapons, and ammunition.
